Return & Cancellation Policy – Voyager Trike Kit
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment. Once an order has been picked up by the carrier or marked as shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Voyager Trike Kits may be returned only if they have not been opened, installed, or used. Returned items must be in new, resalable condition and include all original packaging and components.
All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Return Authorization Required
A Return Authorization (RA) must be obtained by Madness Cycle prior any item is returned.
Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused, and no refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Any kit that has been opened, installed, modified, or shows signs of use is not eligible for return.
